Processing time

Every order is carefully checked and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days of being placed.

 

Shipping time

Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days to arrive once your order ships, depending on your location and the specific item. A small number of items ship from a local warehouse and can arrive in as little as 3-5 business days. Exact estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and again in your order confirmation email.

 

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Multiple items

If your order contains more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times, since we work with a network of fulfillment partners to get you the best quality and price on every product.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there are never any surprises.

 

Customs and duties

For orders shipping outside of the country of origin, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
